With over 19 years of experience in the ICT field, Wellington Nheta is a seasoned IT service management leader and a certified ITIL Expert and PRINCE2 Practitioner. As the General Manager of Adept Solutions, he oversees the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and services that meet the needs and expectations of diverse clients across various sectors and industries.

Wellington is passionate about capacity development and digital transformation. He leverages his skills and knowledge to train and empower staff and partners, while exploring new opportunities and innovations. He also serves as Director of DawnView Cattle Ranch, a commercial cattle ranch in Zimbabwe, where he applies entrepreneurial and IT service management skills to manage operations and strategy.

He has published an article on the role of CIOs in driving business strategy, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies and Computing from the University of Zimbabwe. Wellington is proficient in English and Shona, and enjoys learning new things and solving challenges.
